Let’s say we have 2 people. Person A and person B. Both people are from western countries. Person A has years of AI annotation experience and a bachelors degree. Person B has no experience in AI experience. Both people take the interview for the Generalist role, both move to HMR, but person B gets selected. Why does that happen on Micro1?
