Query Deathclaw Eggs

Been farming Dino Peaks Golf Course for Deathclaw Meat to make Steaks and then remembered that Wellington could be canned and gives better buffs with Carnivore. So are there any locations that I could farm for the Eggs or purchase them when I server hop every so often. Also, do the eggs keep in the cryo freezer because if so I could declutter some Stash space to save them up.

Thanks, fellow wastelanders!
