What should be the price?

Recently went to Hafeez Centre. The seller was giving me one with i7-1185G7 for 95k? The one with the i5 is 82k 16GB ram, 256 GB ssd. I have seen people here saying they bought i5 11th gen under 70k. How does that make sense.
