Vishakapatbam to Vanajangi

Hey all, we're planning to visit vishakapatnam on Oct 2nd. Is it feasible for us to reach vanajangi by taking a scooty on rent?

If no, then what are the other alternatives to reach vanajangi as we have to start the trek in early morning so I'm assuming we should be in Paderu a day prior.
