Will there be any problem if I join my Nursing Ausbildung late due to visa delay?

My Nursing Ausbildung is scheduled to start on October 1. I received my contract from my employer on September 3, and I submitted my visa application at VFS Kochi on September 9.
I am still waiting for my visa. If my visa is delayed and I cannot join the Ausbildung on October 1, will there be any problem joining a few days or weeks late?
