B2B startup : How often do you end up updating the pitch deck in a quarter or year ?

I work in a startup and since I have joined the pitch deck has been changed 5 times

- mostly problem solution slide
- value slide has stayed consistent
- social proof same

The CEO keeps changing the design

Our win rate is 30 percent.

So it’s not really solving any problems. It’s mostly CEO wanting to change the design to his preference.

How often do you have to deal with pitch deck change that is mostly cosmetic ?
