German spouse visa timeline when the husband is on probation

Hallo ! I would really appreciate your guidance for my visa journey.

My husband is a valid EU Blue Card holder since 2019 and has been living in Munich for the same time. We got married in Dec 2025 in India and applied for Spouse visa in Feb 2026 from VFS Mumbai. After 7 months, my husband got the verification email from Munich KVR to submit the documents. He recently switched to a new company starting 1st Sept 2026. His last working day at previous company was 31st Aug 2026. Now he is asked to submit payslips and work contract which is expected. However, he is on probation till Feb 2027. Hence, we are worried if the case officer will put my application on hold till the probation is over.
