What is your opinion on the use of AI everywhere

I am the kind of person who tries to avoid the use of AI wherever and whenever possible, but lately everything seems to have ai integrated into it. When you search something on google gemini pops up automatically, even pinterest seems to use AI to generate pins, or promotes AI based pins. Even at work, people use chatGPT to write mails. MAILS!!!?! I know it makes everything faster, but also makes your brain slower. What do you guys think? Are you pro AI or no AI?
