Anyway to translate 18+ comics?

There are so many good comics out there which happen to be in a non English language, the artists also seem to be unpopular they don't usually publish their work in other languages either.

Google translate doesn't always work, it misses many words and doesn't understand the tone of text

Many popular ai tools refuses to translate explicit scenes so there's that. (Even If you just crop the scene and just ask about the text, they would still refuse)

Any ideas?
