Getting my first gaming laptop - some advice on what to do first?

Hello, everyone!!
On Friday I have ordered my first gaming laptop ever - Lenovo LOQ 15AHP10 (83JG0099CK).
And it should arrive tomorrow and I am really excited!!
I will be using it for studying at University and gaming.
But I was wondering - are there any accessories I should get - like a laptop stand or something else?
What should I do as the first things with the laptop after it arrives?
How should I use it so that it lasts me for the longest period of time?
Thank you for all your help! :)
