The reason livestreams don't have a dedicated QoL section anymore is cause the that slot has been taken over by Miliastra + (Version 7.0 QoLs Listed)
Livestreams don't mention QoLs anymore but that doesn't mean they don't add QoLs. The only place they mention them is patch notes they release with maintainence notice.
I went over all 6.x/LUNA livestreams and the livestreams from which QoLs dedicated section wasn't there anymore were also the livestreams were Miliastra started to have dedicated section which is after the last code. Even if they do mention any QoLs, they're usually important QoL and are mentioned randomly anywhere in the livestream. Small QoLs are just usually not mentioned.
I heard ppl were saying there were no QoLs in 7.0 which is straight up wrong. I listed all the QoLs mentioned by devs in [patch notes](https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/news/detail/165655) below:
Mentioned in Adjustments and Optimizatons Section
Mentioned in XIII. Other Update Details
For 7.1 QoLs would also be released with patch notes which is usually 2-3 days before the patch releases.
