VA Won’t Let Late Raiders Join

I tried to google this but didn’t have any luck to see if anyone else has experienced this so hopefully someone here has.

For two weeks now, my guild has had an issue where we can’t add additional late raiders to our normal Venomous Abyss run. Last week we had someone try to join at Coiled Altar and when they would walk through the door or we try to summon them it, it kicks them back to their hearth location. Today, at Sszorak our healer had to drop so I swapped to my healer and had the same issue.

Does anyone know if this is a bug or if there’s a work around? Thanks!
