Russian proxy wars for easiest possible 2WK

Just like how germany needs to send volunteers to bulgaria and spain. What wars should russia send volunteers towards to get as many allied or aligned countries as possible?

Only thing i can think of are supporting internationale wherever, as well as belgrade pact.
