Does anybody have the experience of enjoying their job and their boss, even bosses boss, and team, but not the company itself?

My boss is awesome, and even her boss. My team is great. The company overall just doesn't appreciate their employees, especially remote employees. I don't want to leave the company as I have nearly 13 years with it. Does anybody have that experience? Am I being just sensitive?
