2012 ford ranger xlt 3.2L turbo care.

Hi all, just bought a mint ranger, has 130000kms on it, no issues besides from a aircon tick with you turn it on or off, got it for 12k.

Just wondering what steps I should take to get the most of the the car, it’s my first good car, diesel and 4wd so I’m trying to be careful.

Which mods should I do? How can I keep the transmission and diff going for as long as possible?
