Dying to fall damage after getting shot should count as a kill for the person who shot you.

Recently I’ve noticed an uptick in people intentionally (some not intentionally) jumping off a height after getting shot and dying to the fall damage which robs me or whoever shot them of the kill. I don’t mind the tactical aspect of this where you might fall to safer spot to revive but the fact that I get my kill stolen because someone was salty about getting shot is infuriating.
