risk of using an ovipositor?

(f19) so i recently bought my first sex toys and theyre alright, but im already craving WAY more... one of my biggest kinks is oviposition, especially anal- but ive heard a lot that u should absolutely not insert anything that cant be pulled out / dissolve for safety reasons... is the risk that severe if i buy toys designed to be inserted into the body, even if they dont have a ring or anything to pull them out? i want to buy one so bad rn but im resisting and at least asking here before i do anything lol
