Neck pain

Hey all! I just got my cpap I usually sleep on my face and belly but obviously can’t now with my mask… I’m having bad neck pain now.

How do I get used to sleeping differently? Anyone else have neck pain after starting to wear their masks? I’m three month in and it’s killing me
