Unplayable since the server updates, constant DC, lag

Has anyone experienced horrific connectivity issues ever since the update?

I’m in AUS/NZ region and ever since the server updates I have experienced:

Constant disconnection (lost connection to host)
Lag and delay
Strange behaviour like my screen going dark for a while but can still hear audio

I don’t think I’ve played a full game without the server crashing.

Anyone else?
