Death Becomes Her Tour first performance

Discussion

I was lucky enough to see the first performance of the Death Becomes Her Tour after seeing it twice on Broadway. As far as I could tell, the only memorable change was swapping the giant morgue set piece for a simple body bag. Ken Marino, playing Ernest Menville was the standout for me but everybody was just incredible. Also all of the choreography remains unchanged which is very special for a show that relies so heavily on Prop usage during sequences like "Hit Me." There seemed to be a curtain malfunction directly before "The Plan" where it started rising again when it was meant to be all the way closed. Overall, I was very impressed at how well the show worked on a touring stage and I'm interested to hear more thoughts from other people who witness the tour!
