Looking for driver / Sprinter for 12 people for Head Trip in Indio Oct 10–11

Hey! Our group of 12 is coming to Indio for Head Trip at Empire Polo Club on Oct 10–11 and we’re looking for a reliable driver/private shuttle for the weekend.

We’re staying at a house roughly 3 miles from the festival grounds and need:

• Saturday: house → festival + festival → house
• Sunday: house → festival + festival → house
• 12 passengers each trip

We don’t need a vehicle waiting for us all day — just the four scheduled transfers. Ideally looking for a Sprinter/passenger van or similar vehicle that can legally fit all 12 of us.

We’ve been quoted around $1,200–$1,500 total for the weekend, but wanted to see if anyone local has recommendations or knows a reliable driver who could do the four transfers for a better rate.

Licensed/insured drivers or transportation companies preferred.

If you’ve used someone for Coachella/Stagecoach/other Empire Polo Club events, recommendations would be especially helpful. Thanks!
