IDFC BANK!!

So I opened a regular savings account with an AMB of 25k. Now I wanna close the account but when i called them they said i HAD to visit the offline branch in order to close it. What if i just move all my savings? The balance sits at zero right? So how will they cut the charges for not maintaining the AMB?

Its also kind of pissing off that u can open an account online but cant close it.
