Is anyone else getting kicked to menu constantly?

I cant even finish a match, there is no holding my spot in the team i cant just rejoin - essentially i have to give up on the whole match i was just playing even if i rejoin there is very little chance i can get back on my same team and continue fighting.

anyone with similar issues or fixes for this
