Accidentally increased UPS to 120-140?!?

Does anyone know of a way I could have accidentally increased my UPS to around 120-140? FPS is generally 60 but sometimes increases to 70+.

I'm playing a modded Space Exploration + K2 run which was fine this morning.

I updated to 2.1.17 and updated my mods and now UPS is unlimited and running high. I've loaded my backup save and it's still fine at 60UPS

Has anyone had this happen before?
