Ready to initial claim

VA Disability Claims :claim:

Getting ready to separate from the Army and putting together my first VA disability claim. Would love some input from anyone who's been through this — do these look like solid cases for service connection based on what I've got documented?

For each one: condition, roughly when it started, and the treatment/meds tied to it so far.

1.	Tinnitus — started \~2023, tied to noise exposure in service. Evaluated by audiology.
2.	Cervical radiculopathy (neck pain + numbness/tingling in both arms) — started 2026. Ortho eval, physical therapy, EMG/NCS pending.
3.	Lumbar spondylosis/stenosis with radiculopathy — started 2026. MRI, physical therapy, ortho eval, EMG/NCS pending.
4.	Bilateral leg numbness/tingling — started 2026, tied to the lumbar issue above.
5.	Bilateral shoulder impingement — started 2023. PT with positive impingement testing.
6.	Bilateral wrist/hand pain with finger numbness/tingling — started 2023. PT eval, EMG/NCS pending.
7.	Bilateral hip pain — started 2026. Documented during PT.
8.	Bilateral knee pain — started 2023. Documented on separation health assessment.
9.	Left ankle/foot pain with toe numbness/tingling — started 2026. Documented on separation health assessment.
10.	Migraine headaches — started 2026. On migraine medication, neurology referral, documented as frequent/prostrating.
11.	Lymphocytic colitis with chronic diarrhea — started 2025. Diagnosed via colonoscopy/GI workup, ongoing treatment and meds.
12.	Hemorrhoids — started 2025, tied to the GI issues above, occasional bleeding documented.
13.	Bronchial hyperreactivity/respiratory issue — started 2026. Evaluated by pulmonology, on a daily inhaler.
14.	Anterior uveitis — onset date unclear, but evaluated/treated by ophthalmology during service.
15.	Recurrent acid reflux/heartburn — started 2026, ongoing.
16.	Adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety and depressed mood, plus insomnia — started 2026. In behavioral health treatment, on medication, documented screening scores.

Basically — condition, onset, and treatment/meds on record for each. Does this look like enough to support service connection, or am I missing something obvious? Anyone who's filed with a similar list, what was your experience? Appreciate any insight.
