Cold email systems for B2B Founders & CEOsI find your buyersYou close them.

348 emails 12 opportunities. Four of those turned into booked calls.

Then I told them no when they wanted to automate it.

It's a small sample. That's part of the point.

I built the list by hand. I picked which copy went to which segment. I sat in the campaign settings adjusting week by week so the pattern looked human, because it was.

The team wanted to automate the whole thing so we could move faster.

I can build that. I use automation everywhere. What I don't hand over is the decisions.

Doing it properly means standing up a second brain and feeding it constantly, and someone still has to decide what matters this week.

Scaling the sending is easy. More domains, more inboxes, duplicate what works.

What doesn't duplicate is knowing when to change something.

I could turn the volume up tomorrow. I'd rather know they can handle it first, which is why we're rebuilding their CRM.

So I cap at three clients. Three is where I still know why a segment is underperforming instead of reading it off a dashboard.

I'd rather run three campaigns like a founder than thirty like a machine.

Post one of a few. Next one is what we're building so the next wave doesn't leak.

Lets talk!
