Best way to farm out the last few weapon traits?

I've got all but 11 weapon traits level 3. They're so rare to find a weapon with an unlockable trait now. Is it better to grind by going through Biomes 4-6, or running the Tower of Sisyphus? Looking for time efficiency here. I'm not certain, but I believe all the traits I have remaining require proficiency 25+.
