LTR Visa Wealthy Pensioner

I am interested in the LTR Visa for Wealthy Pensioner. Application cost THB 50,000. Agent cost in excess,of THB 80,000.
Has anybody completed the process without an agent? What was your experience?

My understanding is just need to supply Pension and Social Security benefit letter, Property deeds (if pension under $80K, Medical coverage $50K. Doesn’t sound overly complicated.
