was trying to purchase Regal cinema halloween the game cosmetic code for 20$, it's so rare so ngl i'm desperate for one. i asked if they can go first since i have reps and been trading for 2 years now and they pretty much refused and so i offered to go first using paypal goods and services so that i'm safe and they refused again making up an excuse that people have chargebacked the money before on paypal, but the thing is it's not believable because he said he doesn't even have paypal account until i asked if they could make one since we didn't share any payment apps and they create it after so thats weird.
