Updates to Our Home Charging Rewards: Earn 3¢/kWh Toward Deposit Refund Starting Oct 1

Hey everyone!

We’re making an update to how our home charging rewards program works, making it easier and clearer to track your path toward getting your initial deposit returned.

Starting October 1, 2026, all program participants (both existing and new) will earn rewards from the very first kWh plugged in at home.

Here is how the two-phase earning structure works:

Phase 1: Deposit Refund Milestone (0 – 1,500 kWh)

• Earn $0.03 per kWh on all home charging.
• Once you reach 1,500 kWh, your full security deposit is returned, and your account automatically unlocks Phase 2.

Phase 2: Post-Milestone Earnings (1,500+ kWh)

• After hitting the 1,500 kWh milestone, your rate bumps up to $0.11 per kWh on all home charging.

How Payouts Work:

• Earnings are paid out automatically in $100 increments.
