Kinda funny that I spent so much time researching panels and inverter stuff and barely thought about the roof itself.

The solar removal/reinstall part is what I’m trying to understand better. Seems like one of those jobs where bad timing can turn a simple roof project into a much bigger hassle. If anyone else has gone through a roof replacement with panels already installed, I’d be interested in hearing what ended up being the annoying part.
