Can I start with 4mg?

I started on 1.5mg as recommended but was moving cities and having a bunch of unhealthy weeks eating and drinking with friends before I left. I took a break with all the stress of moving and also since I wanted to pair the pills with a healthy lifestyle. Now that I’ve moved I have two unopened 4mg pill bottles. Can I take them? I stopped taking the 1.5mg pills a month ago. I had no side effects. It’s like I wasn’t even taking them.
