Is there any proof iron hands and emperor's children got along?

As we know, Fulgrim and Ferrus were besties, despite their differences. Nevertheless, I can't wrap my head around the fact that their legions were close because they are so different!

Is there any conversations between the two legions that would show complicity or mutual respect? I'm particularly interested in finding out If Eidelon had any close friends among the Iron Hands.

My belief is that Emperor's Children would look down on Iron Hands because their methods lack style.

On the other hand, the sons of the gorgon would mock their brother legion because their tactics are less efficient and poluted by notions of duelling, or honor perhaps.

Lastsly, even if Fulgrim is an amazing blacksmith, I don't have any knowledge that would say his sons are too. That's one passion that the two legions do not share.
