am I looking for something impossible?

hello, im 24F and for a while i've been thinking about dating/ marriage but I am someone who is not very religious and i would like for my future husband to be agnostic and open-minded and also childfree but most guys I've met are not genuine, not respectful (lustful) and not serious and I'm starting to think i might be asking for too much or asking for something that actually do not exist..
would love to know y'alls thoughts about the matter
