3rd gen rav4 noises

Has anyone ever done something about the noise. I just did a subframe replacement on the rear of my 2007 v6, and the back springs are the 3rd row model, and the car feels like it's going to jump off the suspension.

I wish I bought the regular springs because the bilsteins I bought are also stiff.

Just sounds terrible why would anyone go overlanding in this tuna can
