It is important to note how Joseph William Costello is making note of how he is being harassed, it is imperative to consider that he has been **sensitized to his harassment** so that only he would recognize the harassment and nobody else. This is an excerpt from Private Investigator John Lopes “Gang Stalking” article: Lawson writes that the victim is **intentionally “sensitized” to the presence of the stalkers,** so that he or she will know that the occurrences are orchestrated. It is a psychological reign of terror intended to make victims look crazy and to keep them in a constant state of hyper-vigilance (anxiety and stress) concerning what will happen next (Last paragraph of page 43). **These methods are deliberately subtle, designed to evade public detection and thereby permit continued conduct without accountability.**

In this video at time 2:45 Joseph William Costello points to a vehicle missing a hubcap. This is one of the tactics that is used by the perpetrators of gang stalking to harass the targeted individual, and the victims including Joseph William Costello are sensitized to this. I can attest to this because they have utilized this harassment tactic on me.

In this video at time 8:46 Joseph William Costello states that people are called to his location when he is there. This is also what they do if you stay in one place for a while, the perpetrators of gang stalking will be notified of your location and converge upon you to harass you, and I can attest they have done this and currently do this to me.

In this video at time 8:58 Joseph William Costello states they are wearing a specific type of color (intending to harass him). This is correct, the perpetrators of gang stalking sensitize the targeted individual to specific colors so that they will know that the person around them is there to follow them. I can attest to this because they have prior done this to me and currently do this to me.

Relate the aforementioned specific colors used to harass a sensitized targeted individual. In the following case the perpetrators of gang stalking use texts on shirts to harass a targeted individual. I can attest to this because they have done this to be before. In United States v. Jeffrey Henry Williamson (Victim of Gang Stalking), Jeffrey Henry Williamson states the following: **“If this gang stalking cont\[inues\] somebody is going to get hurt or killed.”** **The next day at 20:33 he texted “the gov\[ernment\] is using civilians in gang stalking they have also been sending a lot of people wearing Nike shirts that say Just Do It. The gov\[ernment\] is trying to provoke violence to get people hurt or killed by this conspiracy....**
