5-week old nostril piercing

I got my nostril pierced around 5 weeks ago. About 8 days ago it fell out and I went back to the piercer and they were able to use a taper to get the jewellery back in. I didn't have any pain or anything after the taper, but it's since bled twice after slightly bumping it which wasn't happening before. Nothing major and the bleeding stopped within a few minutes. Think there is a slight irritation bump there also, but it's kinda hard to see.

I haven't had the bar downsized yet, and I'm wondering if that is part of the issue. The piercing moves quite easily on its own and the bar can sometimes be visible on the exterior of my nose.

I was pierced with a titanium flatback labret stud and have been cleaning it twice a day with the cleaning solution provided by my piercer. I was initially using Q tips, but have switched to just spraying the piercing directly and then patting dry. Will also run water over my face in the shower to try and remove the gross crusties without actually touching them.

Basically I'm just wondering if this is normal and will it stop? I'm in my 30s and bit the bullet after over a decade of wanting a nose piercing so I'll be really sad if it doesn't take lol
