Pete Wentz Signature Sterling bass

Hello!

Does anyone have this bass? Not much content about it available online.

Is it a good bass for the price?
Does it have a nice StingRay sound? And is it capable of sounding like a nice-classic StingRay?

I always prefer passive basses, after the anagram this is even more true, but I’m worried that being passive it won’t ever sound like an actual stingray.

I’m in doubt between it and the Sire Z3 after a few tips here from Reddit and a lot of content I’ve seen online about the Z3. But, the only Z3 I’ve found was from a non-official retailer, so no warranty. Then I’ve found a Pete Wentz Signature Sterling for around 20% more from a official retailer, that made me consider it!

Am I wrong?
