Koho Issues. Do not recommend

A few months ago my Koho account got hacked and finally after a lengthy conversation with Koho support on the phone I got my account back. But the problem isn’t there. Since the hack my account has gotten locked down and hasn’t been accessible to be logged in. I keep getting errors. Besides talking with their support team numerous times they still can’t help me access my account. So currently all the money on my account is locked up and unusable. They keep giving me the run around and saying it’s being escalated but it’s been months since they’ve done anything to get it going. I’ve asked them to transfer the money from my account and only reply is we need to talk with security team. Which I’ve provided all the information they need and still nothing to this day. It’s been quite a frustrating experience. Safe to say my Koho days are over and I’ve since switched to a different institution. I do not recommend using Koho because support is definitely lacking in this department!!
