Do I have autogynephilia?

The DSM 5, mentions Autogynephilia under the section about transvestic disorder. i.e. the idea of attraction to yourself as a woman.

A lot of things in there are resonating with me.

The more I think about this the less sexual it becomes. I am also getting more and more desire to have a female anatomy, pronouns, etc.

But I am worried my brain is just passing this through itself repeatedly and reamplfying it until I convince myself I'm actually a girl. Dysphoria seems to have appeared out of nowhere as well the past few weeks and is getting worse by the day it seems.

So am I trans or is this a fetish?
