How long until they contact you?

I'm currently awaiting Oxford TFP to contact me regarding IVF, I had my funding approved around 1-2 weeks ago and just wondering how long it took others to hear from them?

I appreciate there can sometimes be wait times etc, so happy to wait (well obviously i'd love to get started straight away), but just wondering how long it took anyone else!

I did try and call how long the wait would be, but she said they'd be in contact 5 days after the funding has been submitted to them.
