Moving from Portland OR to Philly, Baltimore or DC?

Hey guys so I’m trying to branch out in terms of applying for school. I love Portland but I can’t put my eggs in one basket and idk I’ve heard good things about these 3 cities for young people. Nature is important to me so which one has easier access? I also am a POC lesbian so finding these communities matters to me too. Also where is more affordable? Am I looking at the right places? The idea is spread out applications and I wouldn’t mind going back east coast closer to family
