Sibling fighting?

I have 3 kids -- ages 9, 5, and 3. I am interested in getting this system but I am concerned about it being something they argue over. Because my first is older and a boy, he will likely want to play different games My younger 2 girls would probably want to play games meant for the younger kids. For competitive games my oldest will probably win which will make my middle feel bad, and I don't want team games turning into something where the younger two don't feel like they can keep up with my oldest and my oldest is getting frustrated.

Has anyone found that there was fighting over the Nex Playground or are there games where all the kids can play and have fun?
