Spinal Manifestations and Neck Trauma

Seeking Support

Hi guys
Saturday night, I flipped my wheelchair while rolling backwards talking to my friends after we pre-gamed. Due to a mixture of being intoxicated, upset my drink spilled all over me, and embarrassed, I didn’t really pay attention to if I was injured (I slammed my neck and back against a metal thing). The next day, I had neck, back, and shoulder pain with tingling in my fingers and hands so I went to urgent care.
They did x-rays which showed “Minimal stepwise anterolisthesis spanning C2-C6 on upright lateral view (with normal spinolaminar line), likely within normal limits in the setting of Ehlers-Danlos.” The doctor said that it was consistent with me being previously given a clinical/provisional diagnosis of CCI.
It also showed “Questionable small concavity of C6 superior endplate favored projectional due to patient rotation, although dural ectasia is a possibility in this patient with Ehlers-Danlos” The radiologist said it also could be a non-displaced fracture and said if symptoms persisted to get a CT (I don’t know who to go through for a CT if needed).
So I guess my question is has anyone’s non-dynamic x-rays shown anterolisthesis or the concavity and do you have dural ectasia and/or CCI? I’m not really concerned about the stepwise anterolisthesis. My main thing is right now I either have a sore but fine neck, dural ectasia, or a fracture?? I’m just kind of confused/worried even though it’s likely nothing.
