cost of opening locked iphone

Hey guys so basically my khala gave me an iphone 11 long ago but its apple id couldnt be remembered whatsoever so i kept it away as it was pretty much useless, but recently i broke my current iphone camera and need to open the 11 for camera nd stuff, so if i go to a shop as i have learned that there are basically people who can jailbreak it or smth, whats the expected cost? would it be better to just buy a new phone altogether? im thinking of getting the new pixel one, if anyone has recommendations pls suggest, my other option is iphone 13 pta or 16 non pta jv, any advice? im putting off buying a new phone until im done with my alevels as i have basically developed a doom scrolling addiction so i think having an ass phone will definitely stop me from using it too much
