Where exactly on thigh?

Wednesday will be shot #6. Shots 1-3 passed without any noticeable side effects. Shot #4 had some lingering injection site redness. Shot #5 produced a massive injection site reaction that was raised and itchy and is finally subsiding. Shots #1-5 were all rotated around my stomach.

I'm thinking of moving it to my thigh for shot #6 to see if that helps at all along with some Zyrtec and ice after shot but where exactly on my thigh should the injection go? I tried to watch a few videos but they all seem to give different guidance (inner vs outer thigh) and to pinch the fat or not to pinch the fat.

Any advice from experienced thigh-ers?
