I have the worst roommate ever and I can’t move out what do I do?

So me and my GF recently moved in together to a new city, we found an apartment with a random roommate who is also new to the apartment, I don’t want to say too much about him but the most important parts are : that he’s a little older, he’s a stoner/loser with no job or friends, and he is very immature.
Now here’s our problem, he’s a huge POS, he does all the classical bad roommate cliches, he steals from us, he uses our stuff without asking, he NEVER buys anything for the apartment, he smokes inside, he’s filthy, he’s a huge misogynist and lowkey racist (we’re a mixed couple so he’s just racist infront of my gf) he constantly cheats on his gf. He lowkey sexually harassed one of my gfs friends (who is 18) and many more story’s,

In general a pretty terrible guy and we can’t move out. It took us 1 year to find this apartment (and it sucks) we won’t find another that fast but it’s gotten to a point where we just cannot live with this monster. What do we do?
