Does anyone else have ONLY gastrointestinal dysmotility? No other preexisting/comorbid disease/conditions like POTS,MCAS,EDS,MS, Sclerodoma,Lupus,Diabetes,etc?

I am asking this specific question because I find myself only suffering from GI dysmotility. wanted to know is there are others who are in the same boat with no other diagnosis outside of GI dysmotility. Do you know your cause? has any targeted treatment been more beneficial in your care? Trying to open my thoughts to tailored causes of my GI dysmotility as I got sick overnight. Thanks so much!
