Increasing price of items I have previously sold?

This might be a dumb question, but I am a new seller on eBay.

I sold some items that are somewhat rare in their category for $XX amount.

They sold pretty fast for the price that I was asking.

I only have 2 of these items left. I have searched for these identical items on eBay, and I can't find any others like them.

Would it be stupid of me to ask double the price for these last two items even though buyers can see that I recently sold them for less?

I'm just worried that I might get bad reviews if I jack the price up.

I have 100% positive reviews and don't want to hurt my ratings.
