Post office task

I just caught up with yesterday's episode and I'm so confused. I skipped the instructions cuz i thought it was the same task as the previous seasons but it wasn't. Why was everyone arguing and saying Babrik cheated? And why did babrik and sehrish just decide to rip their own notes? Did something happen in the live feed?
